Pricing FAQ
The package includes unlimited projects, tasks, phase categories, reusable phase templates, users with a 5-user minimum, timeline comments, archive and backups for engineering-to-order project planning.
You can request a 15-day PHASI trial workspace by email. The request includes the selected billing period, expected users, preferred workspace subdomain, administrator email and billing details for later invoice setup.
If you continue after the 15-day trial, payment is made by bank transfer based on an issued invoice. Online card checkout is not required for the trial request.
Monthly billing is €29 per user per month. Annual billing reduces the price to €19 per user per month and is selected through the pricing toggle before sending the request. Prices exclude VAT.
Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations are optional add-ons. The core PHASI workspace remains the source of project structure, phases, completion values and project context.
